Please try again, or see our FAQs for help". When I went into Intel® Driver & Support Assistant it couldn't scan my system and said the following "Oops, something went wrong while trying to scan. After the update I did a HP update and it worked fine. But it was updating a bunch of stuff old and new shutting down and reloading constantly.
I updated Windows 10 & this is the longest its ever taken, I don't know how many hours maybe 6 or more. I always keep my Laptop updated whether it's HP's, Intel, or Microsoft Windows 10. Thank You Very Much Everyone For Your Help & Support. It will give the most recent updates possible. files, installers, and downloader files you can find on your system in any area.
If you follow to the T and use all its link only plus uninstall old Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) in Windows 10 settings plus delete every Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) exe. Download and install the latest IDSA version from here) clicked on the here part to get the most current Intel® Driver & Support Assistant which is this page here and install it and it worked great plus extremely fast. Once everything was wiped out, I used the part where it said (. files, installers, and downloader files on my laptop. Uninstall the existing IDSA tool in the system with the Uninstaller tool.) and clicked on the Uninstaller tool link but I had to take additional steps by going into Windows 10 settings and uninstalling Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) and deleting any Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) exe. 
I don't know how I got to this page but it helped somewhat.
